The 11th series of iQOO might debut in November. The company hasn’t officially verified any information on the launch, but based on the volume of leaks, the iQOO 11 series may go on sale soon. At least two smartphones are anticipated to be released by the business. The iQOO 11 and 11 Pro 5G are among them. Both devices will feature the most recent chipset and top-tier Android smartphone specs. The gadgets will reportedly have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It’s possible that the iQOO flagship phones will come equipped with ultra-fast charging as standard.
According to a recent source, the iQOO 11 series would support fast charging at up to 200W. The only smartphone from the company now equipped with 200W fast charging is the iQOO 10 Pro. The battery specifications and charge rates for the iQOO 11 series have been revealed online.
iQOO 11 Series Battery and Fast Charging Details
Prior to debut, the iQOO 11 series was discovered on the 3C website. The 11 Pro has the model number V2254A, whilst the vanilla model has V2243A. The stock model will enable 120W fast charging right out of the box, according to the 3C listing. On the other hand, the 11 Pro 5G will offer 200W rapid charging.
According to the listing (via), iQOO will not alter its quick charging technology in the next 11 series. The iQOO 10 series in China has the same charging rates. But a recent leak from tipster Panda showed that the vanilla 11 will house a larger 5000mAh battery. On the other hand, the 4700mAh battery of the 11 Pro 5G will allow 200W charging.
There have also been rumours about the 11 series’ Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The gadgets would include 512GB of internal storage and up to 16GB of RAM. The 11 Pro is said to have a QHD+ resolution, in contrast to the vanilla model’s Full HD+ 144Hz display. The 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display on the iQOO 11 series will include a hole-punch cutout in the top centre. The screen on the 11 Pro will be slightly curved in contrast to the flat screen on the ordinary model.
The standard model will have three cameras on the back. It will include a 50MP Samsung GN5 main camera as well as 13MP ultrawide and 13MP portrait telephoto cameras. On the back of the 11 Pro, there will be a 50MP Sony IMX866 primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 14.6MP telephoto sensor.
Both phones are also probably equipped with the latest V2 ISP chip, which might enhance portrait photography and low-light performance. A 32MP front camera will be available for taking selfies. In China, the devices will also run Origin OS Ocean, which is based on Android 13. The Funtouch OS 13 will come pre-installed on the India models upon launch.
